Delivery
We deliver throughout Denmark and aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 AM on the same day.
The expected delivery time is 1–3 business days.
During peak periods – such as sales, the run-up to Christmas, or public holidays – delivery times may be longer.

Returns and exchanges
Returning or exchanging your order is quick and easy if you change your mind.
In accordance with Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
We offer an extended right of withdrawal on all Christmas gifts purchased up to and including 24 December 2025, with returns accepted until 10 January 2026.
