These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods and services from Ceramicas. By completing a purchase, you accept the following terms.
1. Formation of Agreement
When you place an order on our website, you enter into a binding agreement for the purchase of the selected products.
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided once we have received your order.
The agreement is only binding once you have received this confirmation.
2. Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any delivery costs are added and shown separately before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price applicable to your purchase is the one shown at the time of ordering.
3. Products & Handmade Nature
All products sold by Ceramicas are handmade and hand-painted.
Each item is unique, and minor variations in shape, size, and color are a natural part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.
Product images are for guidance only and may differ slightly from the delivered item.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By using the website and placing orders, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (including delivery and payment details)
- Not misuse the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the website’s functionality
- Only place orders with genuine intent to purchase
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and delivery details are correct.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment is charged when the order is confirmed.
If payment cannot be completed, the order will not be fulfilled.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Ceramicas cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing within 14 days, and the goods must be returned unused and undamaged.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are defective.
8. Complaints & Defects
You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, preferably with documentation (e.g. photos).
We will, in accordance with applicable law, offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ceramicas shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, business, or data
- Delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Danish law.
10. Disputes & Complaints
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time of ordering.
