Shipping policy
Delivery
We deliver throughout Denmark and aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 AM on the same day. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace number so you can follow your parcel.
The expected delivery time is 1–3 business days.
During peak periods – such as sales, the run-up to Christmas, or public holidays – delivery times may be longer.
Orders are shipped to the nearest parcel shop by default. If you prefer delivery to a specific parcel shop, please contact us by email with your order number and preferred delivery location.

All orders are shipped with PostNord.
Collection from parcel shop
As a customer, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the parcel shop within the specified deadline. If the parcel is not collected in time, it will automatically be returned to Ceramicas.
In the event of a return due to non-collection, a fee of DKK 49 will be charged to cover the return shipping costs. This also applies in cases of reshipment of the order or cancellation of the purchase.
Failure to collect your parcel from the parcel shop does not constitute a valid cancellation of your purchase.
